Newlight Partners

Founded by Dennis McKee in partnership with Newlight Partners in 2005, Liberty Pressure Pumping was a provider of pressure pumping services in the development and completion of oil and gas wells in the Barnett Shale. Liberty focused primarily on providing stimulation and cementing services, with a particular specialty in fracturing stimulation. In March 2007, Liberty Pressure Pumping was sold to Trican Well Service, a leading provider of pressure pumping services with operations in Canada and Russia.
