Formed in 2010 by Newlight Partners and an investor group, the company operates in nine high-growth markets including Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Congo Brazzaville, South Africa, Senegal, Madagascar, Malawi, and Oman. Helios Towers priced its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: HTWS) in October 2019.
