NEW YORK — (BUSINESS WIRE) — Newlight Partners LP (“Newlight”), a private investment firm, today announced that Adam F. Stulberger has joined the firm as a Partner, where he will lead the firm’s efforts in the Business Services sector. Mr. Stulberger joins Newlight from Tailwind Capital, where he worked for nearly two decades and most recently served as Partner.

Prior to joining Tailwind, Mr. Stulberger was Chief Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SpectraSite Communications’ European operations. Before that, he was an investment banker specializing in media and communications at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP.
