NEW YORK – January 25, 2021 – Newlight Partners LP (“Newlight”), a growth equity firm, today announced the promotions of Helis Zulijani-Boye and Jeremiah Liao from Principal to Managing Director and Asif Dhanani from Vice President to Principal.

- Helis Zulijani-Boye joined the Newlight team in 2013 from the Charterhouse Group and previously worked at the Carlyle Group and JPMorgan Chase. Helis focuses on investments in the business services and telecommunications sectors.
- Jeremiah Liao first joined the Newlight team in 2009 from Deutsche Bank and focuses on investments in the business services and financial services sectors.
- Asif Dhanani joined the Newlight team in 2015 from JPMorgan Chase and focuses on investments across various sectors, including healthcare and financial services.
